RETURNS

At our virtual store, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer return instructions. Before you return any goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem concerning you. If you want to return your order, please first notify us by email or live chat, stating the reason and the order number, within 7 days of receipt, and ask customer service for the return address. Please do not return the goods without permission because we may not receive your returned goods, and then we will not refund you. All items must be sent back complete with the original packaging. All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So, please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order. Your feedback is very important to us.

REFUNDS

We are glad to inform you that if you wish to receive a refund, your items can be partially or fully refunded depending on the situation. You will need to state a specific explanation, and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. For your refund to be processed, please allow 5-7 working days from our receipt of the returned goods. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any questions, or wish to discuss the return procedure in further detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We aim to provide top quality to our customers; if there are any issues regarding quality, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the item back, unused, within 14 days of receipt.

  • • All items must be in new condition (items cannot be tried on, or worn) with all the original packaging.

  • • All items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.

  • • Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee, OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.

  • • Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. 

  • • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • • Promotional items included in the product being returned must also be sent back, otherwise retail value will be charged.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

At our virtual store, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer exchange instructions. Note, we only exchange items that have quality or delivery issues. We have size chart and color guide on our website, and we advise all customers to study it carefully before placing their order; we take no responsibility for those who chose the wrong color or size. Please contact us before you place your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that buying a wig is a major undertaking, however it is important to note that our wigs are custom-made: once the production process begins, labor costs and material costs will be incurred. The good news is, that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details:

  • • Standard orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation- receive a full refund.

  • • Orders cancelled 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation- receive a partial refund consisting of 50% of the item price, and the full shipping cost.

  • • Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation- receive a partial refund consisting of 30% of the item price, and the full shipping cost.

  • • Once the item been delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • • If you do not reply to confirm your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel your order and offer the refund according to our cancellation policy.

 

If you have special circumstances and need to cancel the order, please contact us by email! We will calculate the cancellation time according to when the email is received.
